                                                         EAST FELICIANA PARISH REGISTRAR OF VOTERS VACANCY

The East Feliciana Parish Police Jury is soliciting applications from qualified individuals seeking an appointment as the East Feliciana Parish Registrar of Voters.

A qualified applicant is a registered voter who satisfies the experience and/or education requirements established in Section 18:52(B) of the Louisiana Election Code.

Applicants must submit an application along with a cover letter, current resume with a list of references, evidence of voter registration, and any other materials pertinent to the qualifications, knowledge, experience, and ability. Letters of recommendation, though not required, are preferred.

Applications are due no later than 5:30pm on January 29, 2026. Applications must be submitted in person to Parish Secretary-Treasurer Yamesha Harris, 12064 Marston Street, Clinton, Louisiana 70722.

Once the application period has closed, qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule interviews. The Police Jury will make a final appointment on or before March 31, 2026.

Prepare for freezing temperatures. There is a chance of freezing rain this weekend starting as early as Friday night 12/3/26 through the weekend. Prepare for power outages. Ensure you have an alternate way to heat your residents. If you are on oxygen you need to have spare bottles.
